I can’t thank Pauline my food coach enough. Whilst our primary goal is to shift weight, I have gained more from this program than I could imagine. Pauline has helped me believe in me, build healthy habits rather than turn to food and educated me about being healthy and eating the non-processed foods that are healthy. It is not a diet anymore, my mindset has changed to a lifestyle change… as cliché as this sounds. I look forward to continuing to work with her to reach my goal weight.
